格栅板安装要求
Grid plate installation requirements
准备：安装前检查；钢格栅板分区域就位；临时固定；偏差测量；偏差校正；最终固定。
Preparation: pre installation inspection; steel grille plate location; temporary fixation; deviation measurement; deviation correction; final fixation.
操作方法：依照排版设计图的要求准确定位放线；将钢格栅板按排版设计的编号分区域就位，同时分区域安装，完成一个区域后进行下一个区域的安装，每个区域内应由中间向两边开展；安装时根据规范要求严格控制钢格栅板之间、钢格栅板与其他结构之间的间距；钢格栅板就位后先用安装夹做临时固定，经偏差测量并进行校正后再做最后固定；钢格栅板按图示方向排列，遇到H型钢柱时钢格栅板开口，开口处用钢板作100mm（高）×6mm踢脚板。

Each area should be carried out from the middle to the two sides; the steel grille is strictly controlled in accordance with the specification. 钢格栅板安装后如不需移动，可将其焊接在支架上或钢梁上，焊后去除焊渣和飞溅，手工涂两道富锌漆。
If the steel grille plate is installed without moving, it can be welded on the support or steel beam. After welding, slag and splash are removed and two zinc rich paints are manually painted.
