钢格栅板应采用压力电阻焊制作
1 钢格栅板应采用压力电阻焊制作,通过压力机将横杆压入负载扁钢固定。与负载扁钢同向的包边板应与每一根横杆焊接。楼梯踏步板的端边板应单面满焊。
1. Steel grille plate shall be made by pressure resistance welding, and the cross bar shall be pressed into the load flat steel by a press to be fixed. The edge cladding plate in the same direction as the load flat steel shall be welded with each cross bar. The end and side plates of staircase pedals should be welded on one side.
2 在负载扁钢的端头,一般情况下应使用与负载扁钢同规格的扁钢或型钢进行包边。 楼梯踏步板如有前沿包边护板,应贯穿整个踏步。

4 根负载扁钢焊接一处,但间距不得大于 180mm;在包边板承受荷载的情况下,包边板与负载扁钢应满焊,不允许间隔焊接。
Four loaded flat steels should be welded in one place, but the spacing should not be greater than 180 mm. When the edge cladding plate is subjected to load, the edge cladding plate and the loaded flat steel should be fully welded, and no interval welding should be allowed.
