压锁钢格板是使用大吨位液压机器，采用压入工艺生产。它将通过机床冲裁加工的，带有特殊槽口的负载扁钢与事先切割好的插入扁钢压在一起而成的，垂直排列的负载扁钢和插入扁钢形成了一个非常统一的网状结构。
Pressure lock steel grille is produced by using large tonnage hydraulic machine and press-in process. It will be punched by machine tools, with special grooves loaded flat steel and pre-cut inserted flat steel pressed together, vertical arrangement of loaded flat steel and inserted flat steel to form a very unified network structure.
压锁钢格板按负载扁钢与插入扁钢的异同分为两种：

1、标准压锁钢格板：负荷扁钢和插入扁钢不是同样的高度。
1. Standard locking steel grille: Load flat steel and insert flat steel are not the same height.
2、全压锁钢格板：负荷扁钢和插入扁钢高度相同。
2. Full-pressure locking steel grille: The load flat steel and the insertion flat steel have the same height.
