2019年5月10日，由冶金工业信息标准研究院组织的YB/T 4001.2《钢格栅板及配套件第2部分:钢格板平台球型护栏》和YB/T 4001.3《钢格栅板及配套件第3部分:钢格板楼梯踏板》两项行业标准审定会在江苏无锡顺利召开。
On May 10, 2019, two industry standard approval meetings, Yb / T 4001.2 steel grid plate and accessories Part 2: steel grid platform ball guardrail and Yb / T 4001.3 steel grid plate and accessories Part 3: steel grid stair treads, organized by Metallurgical Industry Information Standards Research Institute, were successfully held in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province.
本次会议审定通过的YB/T 4001.2《钢格栅板及配套件第2部分:钢格板平台球型护栏》规定了适用于工业企业中的操作平台、楼梯、人行通道、检修栈桥、升降口等有跌落危险的场所的钢格板平台球型护栏的构造、技术要求、制作、防腐蚀措施、安装、检验与包装标志。YB/T 4001.3《钢格栅板及配套件第3部分:钢格板楼梯踏板》规定了钢格板楼梯踏板的结构和型号表示方法、荷载要求、制造与安装、防腐蚀措施、检验、包装标志。该标准适用于工业企业中的钢格板平台，作为两级钢格板平台之间通行的钢楼梯的构件。以上2个标准的制定有助于完善YB/T 4001《钢格栅板及配套件》系列标准。同时，通过统一钢格板楼梯踏板和球型护栏的安全设计、强度计算、制作、安装和检验方法，有利于提高钢结构平台产品的技术性能、安全可靠性及环保性能，促进钢结构平台维护结构的技术创新，增强产品的国內外市场竞争力。

Yb / T 4001.3 "steel grating and accessories Part 3: steel grating stair treads" specifies the structure, model representation, load requirements, manufacturing and installation, anti-corrosion measures, inspection and packaging marks of steel grating stair treads. The standard is applicable to the steel grating platform in industrial enterprises as the component of the steel stairs passing between two-level steel grating platforms. The formulation of the above two standards is helpful to improve the Yb / T 4001 series standards of steel grating plate and accessories. At the same time, by unifying the safety design, strength calculation, production, installation and inspection methods of steel grating stair treads and ball guardrails, it is beneficial to improve the technical performance, safety reliability and environmental protection performance of steel structure platform products, promote the technical innovation of steel structure platform maintenance structure, and enhance the market competitiveness of products at home and abroad.
