按成型工艺的不同玻璃钢格栅板可分为挤拉成型聚酯格栅板和浇筑成型聚酯格栅板。

间隔型材：其作用是调节及固定聚酯格栅板的空隙率，主要是采用挤拉成型的棒材，用挤拉成型的“I”型材或者“T”型材作承重杆，用挤拉成型的各种圆棒或者异型棒作为横杆（连接杆），使用胶黏剂，按照一定的间距将横杆和载重杆固定连接在一起就形成了聚酯格栅板。
