钢格栅的制作流程一般分为机器 压焊和手工制作两种.机器压焊使用高压电阻 压焊机, 机械手自动将横杆横放在均匀排列的 扁钢上,通过强大的电焊功率和液压力将横杆压焊入扁钢内,从而可以得到焊点坚固,稳定性和强度极高的高品质 钢格板.手工制作的钢格板是先在扁钢上冲孔,然后将横杆放入孔中点焊,横杆与扁钢会存在空隙,而且不可能每个 接触点都进行焊接,因此焊接不牢固,强度有所降低.
The manufacturing process of steel grid is generally divided into machine welding and manual manufacturing. High voltage resistance welding machine is used for machine pressure welding. The manipulator automatically places the horizontal bar on the flat steel with uniform arrangement. Through strong electric welding power and hydraulic pressure, the cross bar is pressed and welded into the flat steel, so as to obtain firm solder joint, High quality steel grating with high stability and strength. The manual steel grating is first punched on the flat steel, and then the cross bar is put into the hole for spot welding. There will be a gap between the cross bar and the flat steel, and it is impossible to weld every contact point, so the welding is not firm and the strength is reduced
